Now, consultants can handle up to 10 consultations daily without disrupting anyone’s routine,” commented Trang.
VoiceGate’s deployment across top Vietnamese insurance firms—including Bao Viet Life, Prudential Vietnam, and Manulife Vietnam—has automated identity verification and call content analysis. This automation ensures transparency and accuracy, significantly reducing compliance audit times from previously 60 minutes per verification to under one minute.
Moreover, VoiceGate can handle high volumes of simultaneous consultation sessions without interruption, an essential capability during peak periods such as contract surges where, for example, Bao Viet Life processes over 40,000 contracts. The system’s reliability also meets industry benchmarks, maintaining downtime below four hours monthly to avoid disrupting business operations.
