PT Wook Global Technology Collaborates with USU to Provide CSR Scholarships for Outstanding Students
Medan, October 19, 2025 — PT Wook Global Technology has officially partnered with Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) to launch a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) scholarship program aimed at supporting high-achieving students from various academic departments. The collaboration was marked by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement and a symbolic awarding of scholarships on Thursday, October 16, 2025, in Medan.
This partnership aligns with Indonesia’s legal frameworks, specifically Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012 regarding Social and Environmental Responsibility. The scholarship fund, amounting to hundreds of millions of rupiah, seeks to widen educational access for deserving students facing financial challenges.
Rosita, a representative from PT Wook Global Technology, emphasized the long-term vision behind the program. “This initiative is an investment in the future to cultivate intelligent, principled, and globally competitive young professionals,” she stated. “We firmly believe education is the fundamental pillar for building a progressive and competitive nation.”
