Valli Nachiappan brings over 20 years of technology leadership experience to Orion. Prior to joining, she served as Vice President of Engineering at Zendesk, where she led global, product-focused teams and introduced innovative artificial intelligence initiatives that boosted client engagement. Her previous experience encompasses senior leadership roles at companies such as Zaplabs, where she developed digital solutions spanning business and consumer segments, and Yapstone, where she engineered secure, scalable multi-platform applications.
