NTT Com Asia Appoints Steven So as Chief Technology Officer
Hong Kong, July 8, 2025 — NTT Com Asia, a subsidiary of the global telecommunications and ICT leader NTT Group, has announced the appointment of Steven So as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This leadership appointment highlights the company’s dedication to accelerating digital transformation and fostering intelligent infrastructure development throughout the Asia region.
In his new role based in Hong Kong, Mr. So will be responsible for steering NTT Com Asia’s technological vision, with a strong emphasis on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) across the company’s extensive digital ecosystem. He will oversee the management of the company’s digital portfolio, aiming to develop transformative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver superior customer-centric outcomes through cutting-edge technological innovation.

Before becoming CTO, Mr. So headed NTT Com Asia’s data center business, where he was instrumental in driving digital infrastructure transformation through smart operations and AI-powered enhancements. His extensive industry experience and visionary leadership uniquely qualify him to guide the company’s AI initiatives and influence emerging technology trends across the region.
