Etova Technology Honors Trainees in Industry-Focused Training Farewell Ceremony
Dhaka, November 30, 2025 — Etova Technology organized an ‘Industrial Training, Farewell and Appreciation Ceremony’ to recognize and honor trainees who successfully completed their industry-based training programs. The event was held on Wednesday, November 26, at a prestigious restaurant in the capital city.
During the ceremony, certificates and mementos of appreciation were awarded to the trainees in acknowledgement of their hard work and dedication throughout the training period. The event aimed to celebrate the trainees’ accomplishments and to encourage their future professional endeavors.
Bangladesh Supreme Court Advocates Association President Khondkar Mahbub Uddin Khokon graced the occasion as the chief guest. Speaking at the event, he emphasized the importance of practical training in enhancing young people’s work capabilities and boosting their confidence, describing such initiatives as highly commendable for human resource development.
The special guest, Hafizullah Khan Liton, administrator of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), highlighted the critical role of hands-on training in creating skilled human resources for the country’s IT and local government sectors.
Director Monjur Mohammad Shahriar from the DEIED project under Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority remarked that the DEIED project is committed to preparing youth for industry-ready roles, and noted that Etova’s initiative would further strengthen this objective.
Other notable attendees included Robiul Islam Noyon, Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan South Jubo Dal; Mostafa Kamal Duke, Managing Director of Flora Telecom; and Rowshan Kamal James, member of the BASIS Support Committee, along with senior officials of Etova Technology. The participants collectively underscored the significance of such skill development programs for building the nation’s future workforce.
Trainees took the opportunity during the ceremony to share their experiences and seek career guidance from the esteemed guests and organizers.
In his speech, Etova Technology CEO Ferdous Alam reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to not only provide training but also to fully prepare young individuals for real industrial work environments. He announced plans for expanding training and career support initiatives in the near future.
