Getac Technology Corporation Becomes Official Sponsor of Baja España Aragón

TÜRELO, Spain – June 16, 2025
Getac Technology Corporation now sponsors Baja España Aragón. The race now bears the name Trofeo Getac. Getac and the Real Federación Española de Automovilismo (RFEDA) share a bond. They work together to support motorsports and its values.

The 41st Baja España Aragón takes place from July 25 to 27 in Teruel. The rally tests drivers on hard terrain. It is the only Spanish race that counts for the FIA World Cup for Cross-Country Rallies.

A Partnership Built on Shared Values

Getac joins a wider pact with the Campeonato de España de Rallyes Todo Terreno GT2i (CERTT). Both groups stress traits like grit, trust, and the skill to win in tough conditions. With technology built for hard use, Getac designs devices to work well even in extreme rally settings.

Unai Ortolachipi, Business Development Manager for Getac in Iberia, spoke with pride. “This step writes a new chapter for Getac in Spain. It is an honor to join our name to Baja Aragón. We stand with the RFEDA and Spanish motorsport,” he said.

Manuel Aviñó, president of the RFEDA, also spoke about the deal. “Naming one of the top off-road events in Europe as the Trofeo Getac makes technology a clear part of motorsport. It acts as a test for our tablets and laptops. They face dust, rain, mud, vibrations, and shocks in this race,” he added.

The Competition Ahead

At Baja España Aragón, drivers face a prologue stage and two special stages. Elite racers and fans watch the event from around the world. Part of the CERTT series, the race shows off both driving skills and tough new products.

As the event nears, fans and drivers wait to see strong performance and technology that works in action. For more details on Baja España Aragón, visit the official RFEDA and Getac channels.
