Dong Nai and Tay Ninh Departments of Science and Technology Collaborate to Enhance Public Service Delivery

On October 21, representatives from the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province paid an official visit to their counterparts in Dong Nai province to exchange knowledge and experiences related to the implementation of online public services. The delegation, led by Deputy Director Bui Nguyen Khoi, met with the leadership of Dong Nai’s Department of Science and Technology, with Deputy Director Vo Hoang Khai receiving and hosting the discussions.
The meeting provided a valuable platform for both departments to share insights and collaboratively explore practical solutions aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of public services provided to citizens and businesses. A particular focus was placed on strategies to enhance performance as measured by key indicators established under Government Decision No. 766/QD-TTg dated June 23, 2022. This decision outlines the set of indicators for managing, operating, and evaluating the quality of real-time public services and administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
During the exchange, leaders and experts from both provinces discussed advances made in digitizing administrative procedures and expanding online public service offerings. Topics included streamlining and reviewing current administrative workflows, standardizing forms and declarations, and the development of interactive electronic forms (e-forms) to facilitate smoother, more transparent public service experiences.
Deputy Director Vo Hoang Khai emphasized the importance of ongoing cooperation and knowledge sharing as a means to accelerate digital transformation efforts within the government’s administrative apparatus, ultimately delivering faster and more convenient services to the people and businesses they serve.
This collaborative initiative reflects the strong commitment of both Dong Nai and Tay Ninh provinces to modernizing public administration through technology, reinforcing the government’s vision of enhancing accessibility and transparency in public service delivery.
