Yayasan Sagasitas Collaborates with MNC University to Conduct AWS Cloud Computing Training for Vocational High School Students in Jakarta
Jakarta, August 31, 2025 – In a significant step towards enhancing digital skills among young learners, Yayasan Sagasitas Indonesia partnered with MNC University to organize a specialized training program focused on AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud Computing technology. The training was held on Friday, August 29, 2025, and was exclusively designed for vocational high school (SMK) students across the Jakarta area.

Bernadetta Kwintiana Ane, Vice Rector 1 of MNC University, emphasized that this initiative reflects the university’s strong commitment to collaborating with partner institutions in nurturing Indonesia’s young talent. She highlighted that equipping students with advanced IT skills is vital as the nation moves toward a more digital future.
“We hope that the participating SMK students gain new insights and knowledge that will empower them to become exceptional human resources in the digital industry,” said Ane during her opening remarks.

Erni Mawarni, Acting Head of the Vocational High School Division at the DKI Jakarta Education Office, expressed her optimism that activities like this training would enable Indonesia’s youth—especially those in Jakarta—to develop crucial digital technology competencies.
“This training marks the third time it has been conducted, hosted at MNC University. Previously, MNC University explored collaborative pathways for a fast track program for SMK graduates, enabling them to pursue a bachelor’s degree more effectively and efficiently,” Mawarni explained.
