Jakarta, October 31, 2025 — PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (ticker symbol: MLPT) has officially confirmed plans to distribute an interim dividend of IDR 53.50 per share for the fiscal year 2025. This decision follows the approval by the company’s board of directors on October 27, 2025, and the endorsement from the board of commissioners on October 28, 2025, as disclosed through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) information portal on Friday, October 31. ### Dividend Details and Timeline

For shareholders whose shares are held in collective custody by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), dividend payments will be processed through KSEI and subsequently forwarded to the respective KSEI account holders.
Tax Implications for Dividend Recipients
Dividends paid by MLPT will be subject to applicable taxation under Indonesian tax regulations. Domestic individual shareholders are required to provide their Taxpayer Identification Number (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak or NPWP) to KSEI or the share registrar, PT Sharestar Indonesia, no later than November 10, 2025, by 4:00 PM WIB. Failure to submit the NPWP will result in dividend withholding tax at a higher rate applicable to taxpayers without an NPWP.
Foreign shareholders from countries maintaining Double Tax Avoidance Agreements (P3B) with Indonesia who intend to apply reduced tax rates must comply with taxation procedures established by KSEI. Shareholders who do not fulfill these requirements will be subject to the default tax rate applicable to countries without such agreements.
