Global Nonwoven and Hygiene Technology Exhibition to Return to Ho Chi Minh City in March 2026

Ho Chi Minh City, October 6, 2025 — The vibrant southern metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City is set to host the 2nd Global Exhibition on Nonwoven & Hygiene Technology (GENTEXH 2026) from March 11 to 13, 2026. This prominent international event will bring together leading experts, manufacturers, and innovators from the fast-evolving nonwoven and hygiene technology industries worldwide.

Co-organised by Minh Vi Exhibition and Advertisement Services Co., Ltd (VEAS) of Vietnam and India’s Radeecal Exhicon, which boasts over 25 years of experience in international nonwoven trade events, GENTEXH 2026 aims to highlight Southeast Asia’s rapidly growing market for nonwoven fabrics. These materials are increasingly vital across multiple sectors, including hygiene, medical, agriculture, automotive, filtration, packaging, and geotextiles.

The exhibition will comprehensively showcase the entire nonwoven value chain—from raw materials and machinery to finished products and associated technologies and services. Attendees can expect an impressive display of the latest innovations driving this industry forward.

A major highlight of GENTEXH 2026 will be the Asia Nonwoven & Hygiene Development Forum 2026. Under the theme “Driving Nonwoven & Hygiene Product Innovation – Product Innovation, Market Desires, Industry Dynamics, Sustainability Solutions,” this three-day conference will cover a wide range of pertinent topics. Discussions will include advancements in sustainable spunlace nonwovens, elastic nonwovens used in hygiene pants, and wood pulp-based products for wet wipes. The forum will also explore investment opportunities within Southeast Asia’s nonwoven market, collaboration prospects with China and India, emerging applications such as functional nonwovens for cooling, skincare, and medical protection, plus trends in disposable hygiene products, wipes, and pet care.

At the event’s recent kickoff meeting on October 1, Nguyễn Bá Vinh, Managing Director of VEAS, projected strong international participation. “GENTEXH 2026 is expected to attract over 200 exhibitors, 100 delegates, and around 5,000 visitors from more than 10 countries. With Asia-Pacific leading the global demand, the exhibition will serve as a pivotal platform for ASEAN industry players to exchange knowledge, showcase innovations, and explore new business opportunities,” he said.

Nonwoven fabrics have become transformational materials, impacting various industries profoundly. Disposable hygiene products have revolutionized daily life standards, while nonwoven medical materials contribute to reducing risks of cross-contamination in healthcare settings. Moreover, geotextiles enhance infrastructure durability, and automotive applications improve vehicle safety.

GENTEXH 2026’s return to Ho Chi Minh City underscores Vietnam’s role as a dynamic hub for industrial innovation and trade in the Asia-Pacific region.
